Royal Canin Large Breed Puppy Food
If you choose to feed a different large breed puppy food than Royal Canin, you'll find a small bag of this large breed puppy kibble to work great for a training or 'good boy' treat!
Freeze Dried Liver Pieces
You can purchase a bag of freeze dried liver pieces for use a dog treats or purchase fresh liver at your local butcher- If you bake fresh liver and cut it up into chunks, you can keep in your freezer and get out when ready to use!
Liver is high in many vitamins that are good for your pup but should only be fed in moderation as excessive intake can lead to toxicity.
Puppy Vitamins
We've been using Nutri-Vet's Puppy-Vite supplement for the puppies we have been raising. Its the closest thing I can find to the puppy vitamins in Europe that my breeder friends there like to use. The puppies love these and are happy to 'sit' to receive their daily dose!
GlycoFlex3 Joint Support
GlycoFlex3 is a great supplement for supporting joint growth and development. While pups are small, the bite sized chews work great, but once your pup is full grown the GlycoFlex3 tablets go down just fine and are a more economical option.

For many years, Plantation Dog food has been an excellent choice for breeding and hunting dogs. We've been feeding Plantation Dog food on our farm since 2018. Plantation is a consistent, dense food made from high quality ingredients. Every bag has has a great smell when you open! Our dogs will always choose Plantation kibble if given a choice. Dogs who enjoy this Plantation dog food have little waste and nice firm stool. Their bodies exhibit shiny coats and good nutrition. I do not reccomend this food for large breed puppies because the fat content is too high for them - this food is created specifically with the active, working adult dog in mind!
